By downloading, accessing, or using the "Photo For Documents" mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is intended to help users take and manage photos for use in documents. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We do not track users and do not collect any data about users. The only data collected is related to app performance through Crashlytics to help track errors inside the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the App's developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall the developer of the App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App; and (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
